The gym was busy last night so I went for a slightly different training approach -
100 rep flat bench press press 60kg - 20/10/10/10/10/8/8/8/8/8
100 rep bent over row 60kg - 15/15/10/10/10/15/9/8/8
100 rep leg extensions pin on 5 - 20/20/20/20/20 (hurt like hell)
pull ups wide grip- 8/8/6/4
under arm - 6/6/6/4
ALL KILLER NO FILLER! I felt awesome after that, and ridiculously pumped!
I did another 5k run before work this morning and achieved a respectable time of 25 minutes. I usually run in Vibrams, but I washed them last night and they hadn't dried in time. I ran in trainers this morning for the first time this year - it was horrible! It felt like I had hiking boots on. In theory the next time I run, which may or may not be tomorrow, I will have to see how my legs feel, my Vibrams should feel like I'm running in slippers, and everyone knows that you can run faster in slippers.
