Training Log 13/12/2012

Strength session 

I trained on my own last night so I used the squat rack with the safety bars. The power lifters were using the other one- as well as the platform. They were dead lifting, one of the guys pulled 300kg! It was pretty cool to see.

I felt really solid doing this, I think my rest was a little bit short I was breathless after i'd finished.

I was planning on doing some cleans but I was spent. I'm still not using my belt for the squats, I felt really solid doing the movement, I may use it from 110kg on-wards though. 

I should be training on Saturday, I think I will revisit this session again, I'd like to finish this strength phase with 2-3 sets of 5 at 110kg.
