Training Log 09/03/13

Lower body hypertrophy

Legs day!

Back Squat
4x8 @ 100kg - I've not gone this heavy with a high bar squat for aaages, I used a belt on this session and I felt SOLID in the squat.

Front Squat
4x8 @ 70kg - Lighter than usual but I wanted to focus on tempo.

Hack Squat
4x8 @ 110kg

Leg Extension
4x8
seated leg curl
4x8

Calves (seated and standing) - When training calves I always have good bend in the knee, it loads the Medial head of the Gastrocnemius muscle (inner calve), try it.

Lift heavy and prosper
