Paleo update (VLOG)

Morning all,

I hope everyone is well and ready for the Olympics to kick off later on tonight. I'll be watching the opening ceremony with some sort of Paleo snack in one hand a my new kettlebell in the other ;)

    Glad to have found this and thought I'd say hi!
    As of today, I've started loosely following the paleo diet. Cutting out grains etc. Coming from an endurance running background (marathon distance) my goals have changed and now I'm looking to put on lean muscle and drop body fat. Great work on your transformation. Very inspiring.
