Short nutrition update

Morning all,


Quick update for you, I wanted to mention what I have been up to over the past two weeks. I've been following a Paleo based diet, which consists of meat, fish,veg ,nuts, seeds and fruit, It's sometimes referred to as the caveman diet. The reasoning behind this is that 80% of the CrossFit community now follow this lifestyle so I wanted to see for myself how it effected my sports performance...Not much to say other than that. Oh don't panic fans of the written word, I'm going to add these vlogs in to compliment the written blogs, I like writing too much to put it on hold.
