This was the first time I'd done front squats on their own and not after back squats. I usually manage around 70-75kg so I was aiming to beat this.

I had to use a mixed grip rather than the over hand I usually use, I might use straps next time I want to go heavy and test strength and do more reps at this weight till my grip catches up. My form was tight I don't feel I need to belt up yet, i was a little annoyed with the grip strength failing me, the mixed grip felt uncomfortable but it's probably because I never use it.
Finished with a few pull ups and some muscle ups.
