I trained at exercise 4 less on my way home from work, I use this gym every now and again when it's convenient, either before work or on a Friday afternoon. I had a really good session and it's quite a good gym. It's the capital of half squats and young lads training arms! I was in there just over an hour and 2 lads had done nothing but arms, from what I could gather they were doing double 21's supper setted twice and then a drop set on the last exercise .. I'm guessing that makes no sense, if it didn't, don't worry about it, I had bigger arms than they did and I haven't done a bicep curl since 2008!

I do my rows with my thumbs over the bar to stop me from using my arms so much. I think about using my back creating that mind muscle connection.

I thought I'd struggle with the 77.5kg , but it flew up. I pulled these from the floor, rather from the hang position like I have done in my previous sessions.
I'll be linking this and the over head press together soon, to test my clean and jerk. I know for a fact it's going to be no where near this guys! He gets a 172kg C&J at a body weight of 62kg! Ridic!
