Training Log 03-12-12

Body weight movements and core work 

I'm unable to get to the gym this week, until Wednesday night, but that's doesn't mean I can't train. If you plan your week out, you can always make time to keep yourself in check.

Handstand Push ups 

I'd previously managed to do 19 HSPU in a row at the end of August I was 65.7kg back then, I'm 68,9 now.



I was really happy with this , more reps at a heavier body weight! 

After that I did 300 kettlebell swings, some clean and press and some Turkish get ups- my abs are killing me already!

Rest day today, back on it Wednesday.
