Strength session
I trained at xerciseforless last night, I'm not convinced that the plates and bars are an accurate weight, as I always seem to have a good shoulder press there, saying that my deadlift was the similar to what I usually do...any way this is what went down!
Front Squats

Shoulder press

I think I need to warm up for a few more sets before starting my working set, the last set of 60kg was quite easy!
Deadlift
3x3 (last set for reps)
135kg
140kg
140kg for 5 reps
I used a mixed grip on the 140's, form was tight and my grip was vice-like, 145kg next time for all 3 sets!
