This is the last week of just a hypertrophy training, from next week I'll be doing a mixture of strength and hypertrophy. How I'm going to do this will vary from week to week. I think I'll do a strength week and then a lighter hypertrophy week , or If I know I can get to the gym 4 times during the week, I'll be doing upper and lower body strength followed by upper and lower body hypertrophy...we'll see how it goes. I quite like the thought of just turning up at he gym and doing what ever I feel like on the day :)

Incline Dumbbell Press
4x8 @ 60lb
Shoulder Press
4x8 @ 50kg
Lateral Raise
4x8 @ 25lb
Dumbbell hammer curls
1/2/3/4/5 5/4/3/2/1 @ 30lb
Preacher Curl
4x8 @ pin 7 ( + 4 forced reps on the last set)

I'm 70kg, well 70.2kg here, still reasonably lean and still making progress in the gym. I've put on 4kg since September last year, I'd like 6kg of muscle added this year!
