Upper body session
I'd not eaten early enough on Saturday morning, I didn't know I was going to the gym until my brother asked me. This did effect my lifts, I started weaker than usual but finished with a PB ..swings and round abouts!
Bench- 3x8 100kg 100kg 100kg
Shoulder press- 3x8 55kg 55kg 55kg
Row- 3x8 70kg 70kg 75kg
Deadlift- 3x8 115kg 115kg 120kg
My Glutes and Hamstrings have been really tight, I think it's affected my lower back it's REALLY tight, I have a date with the foam roller tonight and possibly a hockey ball, make of that what you will lol.
