Training log 14th of November

Upper body session

I wasn't too sure how this session was going to go, I moved up in all lifts last week so I was expecting to be using around the same weight.

Bench Press

3x8

100kg 100kg 100kg

I felt OK with this, I didn't feel ready to move up yet, I'll move up in one set next time by 2.5kg

Shoulder Press

3x8

60kg 55kg 55kg

60kg was my 1RM three weeks ago, I manged 6 with a strict push press and jerked the last two.

Bent over row

70kg 70kg 72.5kg

Felt nice and tight on this, my back is getting stronger for sure.


Deadlift

3x8

120kg 120kg 120kg

I've never looked at my deadlift form before, I was happy with my nice straight back :)
