Training Log 7th November

Upper body session

Body weight on the 3rd of Nov 68.3kg

I felt really pumped going into this session, felt ready to disperse some demons!

Flat bench press - 3x8

100kg 100kg 102.5kg

Achieved my increase of 2.5kg

Bent over barbell row - 3x8

70kg 70kg 70kg

Achieved 3 increases of 2.5kg per set and I had loads left, I've been stuck at 67.5 for 3 sessions!

Barbell Shoulder press - 3x8

50kg 50kg 47.5kg

Archived my one increase of 2.5kg for this exercise 3 at 50kg next session

Deadlift 3x8

110kg 110kg 112.5kg

Achieved my 2.5kg increase, at the risk of nearly passing out.

Notes:

I did this session way to quick, I'd finished the whole session in 50 minutes- must rest more.
