Hi folks, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I've been busy today, i've been entertaining my little girl, It's a workout in itself! She's just gone for a sleep - so I've put a film on (kill Bill volume 1), made a brew and stolen the wife's iPad I bought her for christmas to write this post. I'm not to keen on it, it's probably because I'm not used to it but it's weird to type on and I had to download the blogger app as it wouldn't allow me to just write on the webpage, odd.
Any who, this was my last session of the week. I've only been managing to train twice a week for these past few weeks but the sessions I've had have been fruitful, I haven't walked out of the gym with anything less than two PBs. I think I'd rather have less but productive sessions- when that's what life allows. I definitely don't freak out about not getting my pump on 5-6 times a week.
This is how the session went -

3+x95kg 15 reps! Estimated 1rm is 142kg
I have lifted 140kg before, it was last year and I weighed about 75-76kg, which is nearly 10kg heavier than I am now! Result.
SHOULDER PRESS
Warm up

Working sets
3x40kg
3x45kg
3+x55kg 11 reps! Estimated 1rm is 73kg
I'm finally over body weight for my shoulder press, this was a long time coming. A monumental occasion and so early in the year.
I'm really looking forward to next week, my first taste of the 5-3-1 reps!
