I trained early morning on Monday as I was off work. It was a good session, I'm suffering from doms (delayed onset muscle soreness) today. I do use doms as a guide to how well I have trained, I like to get a very slight dull ache that's only noticeable occasionally, I'm not a believer in more pain more gain! In most cases the more pain the more time you need to rest and recover, I've said it plenty times in these blogs ... Stimulate not annihilate.

I've been going light on these and having a two count at the point of contraction, its a killer!
High Pulls

I like an explosive movement, I'd like to have gone a bit heavier but I didn't have any straps with me and my grip was failing.
Seated Cable Row

Laying triceps extensions (skull crushers)
4x8 @ 12.5 + EZ bar
Cable push downs
4x8 pin 6 then a drop set on the last set
A solid Monday morning session, it's leg day today! I'll try and write it up tonight, if not tomorrow.
