Training Log 13/02/2013

Upper body hypertrophy

I'd had a really bad day in work yesterday and getting on the bench always makes me feel better, I did spend the whole session with cold feet as I got out of the car and stood in a deep icy puddle, bad times.

Bench Press

4x8 @90kg  Completed all sets with out a spot, I'll add more weight next week.

Incline fly

4x8 @ 40lb  When I do flys I never completely bring the dumbbells together at the top I stop short of vertical, Its keeps tension on the chest.

Shoulder press

4x8 @ 40kg

Lateral raises

4x10 @20lb I like to do these slowly always leading with the little finger.

Dumbbell Biceps Curl

I did alternate curls 1/2/3/4/5 on each arm and then the second set was 5/4/3/2/1...IT BURNS!

Cable Curl

4x8 and a drop set


ALL KILLER-NO FILLER
