Training Log 18/02/2013

Lower body hypertrophy 

Leg day! Feared by many, loved my many. Last night's session wasn't particularly heavy or long but my god did I find it tough!

Back Squats

4x8 @ 90kg

Front Squats

4x8 @ 70kg

Dumbbell stiff leg deadlifts

4x8 @ 50lb each

I've found I can get a stricter ROM using dumbbells for the SLDL, it takes pressure off the back too.

Leg Extensions

4x8 pin 7

Seated Calf Raise

4x 12-16 @ 60kg

I've been suffering from DOMS today, more than I'd care for!
