Bench Press
4x8 @ 92.5 needed a spot for the last set but managed to get it up ...just! Up 2.5kg :) progressive overload.
Dumbbell Fly
4x8 @ 30lb dropped weight and changed tempo
Shoulder Press
4x8 @ 50kg (I think) it was busy so I used a shorter oly bar, I don't know why the bar even exists.
Lateral Raises
4x10 @20lb lowered the weight increased reps and tempo.
Standing Barbell Curl
4x8 @ 35kg
Dumbbell Hammer Curl
on each arm in one set

PUMPED!
I'm really getting addicted to the pump! Doing these higher rep ranges and lighter assistance work really does make you feel like a million dollars. I remember when I first started training, I started with an all over body program that I'd hit on a daily basis, I wouldn't leave the gym until I felt like I had been blown up like a balloon ha ha!
